Афоня S01E01 - Серия 01

Valentin Semenych and his friend Afonya, a brownie, live in an old apartment. They encounter an attempt by Sobes' staff to offer Semenych a move to a boarding house, but after a strange incident with these men, they begin to prepare for a housewarming in a new apartment, which Afonya arranged. In Semenych's new house, there are problems with a smart intercom and noisy repairs.
