Seb Cunliffe investigates why deaf athletes are being excluded. Is it because of funding difficulties or are deaf people being held back because of internal politics between various sporting bodies? First-time reporter Erika Levi is thrown in at the deep end as she gets some waterskiing lessons with the Bluebird Waterski club for deaf and hard-of-hearing people.
