This decadent 1500-calorie burrito is the creation of Nicholas and Robin Kimball, owners of the SoCal inspired A1A Burrito Taco Shop in St. Augustine Beach FL. Nick describes the UFO as 'meat, on meat on meat on cheese.' Bobby & Nikki describe it as coma inducing. Flipping a burrito packed with 1500 calories seems like an easy challenge at first but Bobby & Nikki soon learn that the customers who come to A1A Burrito aren't just looking for a burrito, they're looking for calorie-laced fuel that they can eat before surfing, riding or running all day. Bobby & Nikki have to come up with something that matches the U.F.O in flavor AND becomes a healthy source of fuel for the active people who eat it. With bragging rights & cash on the line Bobby and Nikki bring a healthy, hearty alternative called "The E.T" into the ring.
