Ming forces an alien to reveal to him the secret of the Annihilator, an ancient robot capable of terrible destruction. The deadly construct lies in stasis underneath Central City. Ming attempts to resurrect it from the depths in order to destroy the Earth. Flash receives a tip-off about Ming's plot and attempts to stop it.
