Stock market futures were also in decline. It comes after peace talks between the U.S. and Iran collapsed over the weekend. NBC News' Allie Canal reports. Police in New Jersey are on the hunt for an individual who shot and killed one person and injured six others in a Chick-Fil-A. Prosecutors say an investigation is ongoing but that the shooting does not appear to be a random act of violence. NBC News' Valerie Castro reports. There's a growing shortage of a key specialty doctor nationwide. With more Americans living longer, auto-immune diseases are on the rise. But rheumatologists are struggling to meet the demand to treat them. NBC News' Anne Thompson reports. NBC News' Ryan Chandler has the latest. A bipartisan group of lawmakers are now calling on Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-Calif.) to resign from Congress after multiple women accused him of sexual misconduct. The calls come as disturbing new details are emerging from his accusers about the alleged misconduct. Swalwell has so far denied the allegations. NBC News' Liz Kreutz has the latest. Brian Hooker must be charged with a crime by Monday night, or Bahamian police will be forced to set him free, according to his attorney, who says prosecutors are considering charging him with murder. Hooker has been in police custody after his wife Lynette went missing in the Bahamas last week. NBC News' Jesse Kirsch has the latest from the Bahamas.
