Sinopse

Jeff cruises to the Mediterranean island of Sardinia where he discovers an ancient twist on Italian cuisine. Then, he joins conservationists to help save Europe's 2nd largest bird species from extinction. Finally, Jeff gets a glimpse of Sardinia's ancient past at an archaeological dig to help uncover the island's multicultural history.
