Buddy Brogan (Chris Parnell) practically invented soccer as far as America is concerned. After failing to make it as a professional soccer player (or really any kind of soccer player), Buddy Brogan came to the United States in 1960 and with his signature style he lit the country ablaze with soccer fever. The only problem is his "signature style" might not adhere entirely to regulations.
