Tornado touches down in Minnesota while historic flooding threatens Wisconsin A confirmed tornado tore through near Rochester, MN. It comes as Michigan and Wisconsin are dealing with severe flooding. The swollen Wisconsin River has led to concerns about the structural integrity of the levee in Portage, WI. NBC News' Shaquille Brewster reports. For the first time since her mom went missing, her daughter Karli Aylesworth is seeing the boat her mom and stepfather were living on before Lynette Hooker vanished. In a Dateline exclusive, Aylesworth says she never imagined her mom would disappear. Her stepfather, Brian Hooker, remains a suspect in the investigation. He has not been charged with a crime and denies having anything to do with Lynette's disappearance. NBC's George Solis reports. Police in Los Angeles arrested D4vd for the murder of 14-year-old Celeste Rivas. The teenager's decomposed remains were found in his Tesla last fall.
