Defenders of the Earth S01E17 - Battleground

From the planet Gruber come the Cave Slugs, invincible alien creatures the size of semi-trucks that can eat anything. Ming lets loose these normally peaceful creatures in six major cities on Earth and incites them to cause destruction. One of the cities they are placed in is Central City, meaning that sooner or later, they are going to get to Monitor and destroy it. The Defenders make the costly mistake of attacking the Cave Slug, sending it on a rampage. It is up to Jedda, using her animal telepathic contact abilities, to make peace with the alien monster.
