Anna Janneke (Margarita Broich) and Paul Brix (Wolfram Koch), chief inspectors in Frankfurt, are called to a gruesome find: body parts wrapped in plastic bags. It quickly turns out that the victim comes from Kassel. It's 17-year-old Luke Rohde, stepson of the nation's sunny boy, popular television talk show host Maarten Jansen (Barry Atsma).
