When Hedydd Jamieson's husband Steven first declared undying love for her 16 years ago, her plans for a forthcoming trip to Australia were abruptly abandoned. Now owners of a busy restaurant, the couple are struggling to combine working 70-plus hours a week with bringing up their three young sons.
