President Trump has changed his mind and is now calling on the House to vote to force the Justice Department to release all of its files on Jeffrey Epstein. Nancy Cordes has details. In a blistering opinion, a federal judge in Virginia accused Justice Department prosecutor Lindsay Halligan of misconduct, saying there was a "disturbing pattern of profound investigative missteps."
