Cristóbal is in shock after being abandoned by Kimberly on their wedding day. But after Kimberly is missing for more than two days, everyone suspects there's more to her disappearance. The Butcher mutilates her face to counteract the plastic surgery she's had and mails her extracted breast implants to Cristóbal. Kimberly is later found wandering the city in shock.
