Tarek and Christina come across a For Sale By Owner property in Garden Grove, California. This type of sale is always exciting for a flipper because it means no real estate agent commissions and an opportunity to negotiate a fair sale price. The house is in good shape and looks to need only cosmetic repairs and improvements. But in the business of flipping, one can rarely judge an old house by its finishes and it is truly what's on the inside that counts.
