The attackers are switching to stealing funds from transponders in cars. Operatives patrol the yards and almost detain the criminal. Mukhtar even manages to rip off one of the fugitive's sneakers. After analyzing all the connections of the detained Valera, the operatives detain his friend named Breeze. The antique dealer decides to finally deal with Kolosov, who got in his way. He organizes a fictitious accident with the colonel's car, the culprit of which offers Kolosov to "settle the matter without the participation of the traffic police." Kolosov is detained by internal security officers, accusing him of extorting a bribe.
