Hollywood Television Theatre S05E08 - Shakespeare Wallah

Set in the late 1940's, it tells of a struggling troupe of English Shakespearean actors touring the Indian countryside while the "new" India was casting off old English colonial trappings and an unwanted British cultural heritage.
