Jodie believes a teenager she has seen is her son, who has been missing for nine years, and follows the boy, discovering where he lives and where he goes to school. But when the police and her ex-husband dismiss her passionate conviction, she takes matters into her own hands and begins to infiltrate and inveigle herself into the lives of the teen and his father.
