Sinopse

Robin and Sam have just relocated from Washington DC for Robin's new job in Denver. They want to find a new home that has great space for entertaining AND enough bedrooms in case they decide to have children. Meanwhile, Kelli is building a new life as a single mother and wants to find a new home in Corpus Christi so that her kids can be closer to the ocean. Both homebuyers have the same $450,000 budget, but who will get the best value for the dollar?
