Dwayne and Maxine Ziegler recently closed on their home. They love the space, but it hasn't been updated in 75 years, so needless to say, the house is a real fixer-upper opportunity! First up, they want to tackle the master bedroom and bath, creating a walk-in closet in the bedroom and replacing the tile, tub, and cabinets in the bathroom, then relocating the toilet.
