What began in the deserted German-Polish border region leads to a breathless chase across Europe into an almost forgotten no man's land. In the second season, vampire siblings Maggie (Karoline Schuch) and Kai (Julius Gause) go from being hunted to hunters in the fight against their own form of existence in order to put an end to their murderous hunger for human blood.
