Sean sends Jason to pick up a canoe from some friends of him. In the beginning, his granddaughter detests Jason, but as Jason learns to respect their old traditions, the mood changes, and they begin a romantic flirtation. While all this is going on, Sean's dating Jenna, ending with a dinner. In the middle of it, Jenna starts talking Sean into giving her more rights when it comes to the training center, which makes Sean run off angry.
