Love is in the air during the crew's first night out as Courtney celebrates Mzi's birthday and David becomes smitten with Malia, his supervisor on deck. As the second charter kicks off and a familiar charter guest returns, Katie implements a new stew rotation throwing Courtney into an unfamiliar role. Chef Mat aims to continue his positive momentum, but an accident in the galley threatens to take him back to square one.
