I'm doing a routine scheduled ultrasound for a patient named Simonova, but suddenly the test shows that one of her twins, whom she is expecting, is dead. Simonov is urgently being prepared for an operation to be performed by Gleb Karelin. While the operation is underway, the patient's husband is so worried that he has to be comforted. Imagine Kaverin's surprise when he finds out that perhaps Simonov is not even the father of the child. In the end, thanks to his help and patience, Simonov's wife survives and begins to recover, but the situation remains tense.
