Small House, Big Easy S01E01 - Restoring a Teardown Shotgun

Real estate agent and designer Sarah Martzolf restores a rundown shotgun house in New Orleans, and runs into major issues when she finds a ton of fire damage throughout the structure. In the end, she creates an amazing, functional home, packing the same amenities of a large house into an incredibly small space.
