As they evaluate how their new stylists are doing, Christy and Gayle feel that Olivia and Tracy don't quite fit the classy image they want for the salon. With the help of Alexa, the three of them pull some strings and arrange for Tracy and Olivia to go to New York City's top salon so they can learn from the best--and get an elegant "makeunder" in the process! But will Tracy and Olivia be willing to tone down their over-the-top "Jerseylicious" style? Yeah, right! From taming Tracy's signature sky-high hair to trimming Olivia's outrageous nails, these girls aren't going down without a fight!
