4pm: Nicolle Wallace covers the aftermath of the tragic shooting of 37 year old Renee Nicole Good. She was killed yesterday in Minneapolis by an ICE agent. MS NOW Reporter Alex Tabet joins Deadline from St. Paul, MN to cover protestors getting tear gassed by federal officers while MS NOW Contributing Editor Michele Norris covers the somber scene from Minneapolis. Later, Senator Chris Murphy (D-CT) joins Nicolle to discuss his opposition to how Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem is running DHS, especially given its high funding budget.

5pm: Nicolle Wallace breaks down Trump's reaction to the video of the shooting of Renee Nicole Good, and how the Trump narrative of what happened in Minneapolis emulates George Orwell's novel, 1984. Later, Ian Bassin, Michael Feinberg, and Michele Norris join Nicolle to discuss Trump's lengthy interview with The New York Times in which he gives vague answers about how long his administration will demand direct oversight of Venezuela.
