Ksyusha and her son run away from their tyrant husband and stay the night at Bill's place. At the same time, the girl does a pregnancy test, it turns out to be positive. Olya anonymously informs the professor about the betrayal of her lover, after which she supports the man she loves in every possible way. Masha realizes that Bill is going to propose to her, calls Artyom to hear words of love from him. The conversation comes to a dead end, so the girl accepts the ring from the foreigner.
Ksyusha decides to tell Vlad about his son, he pretends that this does not bother him. Moreover, at her friend's engagement, he offers Ksyusha to become his wife, for which he gets a slap in the face from her husband. So Vlad discovers the truth about Ksyusha, he abruptly goes home to think. Olya spends the night with the professor, and in the morning asks him to leave, not intending to be just a lover. Masha comes to Artyom at the same time, and in the heat of a heated argument they kiss again.
Ksyusha tells her friends about the pregnancy, they advise her to give birth and promise to help her with the baby. Masha goes to Vlad's mother, explains the situation and asks to talk to Vlad. The guy comes to Ksyusha at work, offers money for an abortion. The girl is upset, pretending that she was joking about the pregnancy. Meanwhile, after talking to his mother, Masha reproaches Artyom for his lifestyle and thinking. He listens to her and drives her away.
The professor tells Olga that he told his wife about them and is getting a divorce. They start living together. Masha flies abroad with Bill, and Ksyusha gives birth to a child and continues to combine motherhood with work and study.
