The minister turns out to be involved in an accident in which someone is seriously injured. Monique and Raoul try to limit the damage, but Raoul finds out that the minister is hiding a big secret. In Santa Luca, two Dutchmen are waiting for their death penalty to be carried out. Maarten Meinema does everything he can to prevent that while he fights with his own demons.
