After a virus ravages the human population, a new hierarchy of sex categories emerges: Alphas, Betas and Omegas. Sheng Shaoyou, an S-level Alpha, seeks cooperation with the competitor HS Group for his father's illness, but encounters the mysterious Omega Hua Yong in the hospital, who deeply attracts him.
