More than 8,000 flights have already been canceled through Monday due to the winter storm impacting the Northeast. More delays and cancellations are expected. A massive winter storm has begun to impact the East Coast, with heavy snow, brutal wind and dangerous flooding expected for several states. Mexican security forces killed Nemesio Rubén Oseguera Cervantes, also known as "El Mencho," during an operation in the western state of Jalisco, Mexico's Ministry of Defense said Sunday. Violent clashes erupted in parts of western Mexico amid the operation. Americans caught in the chaos have been told to shelter in place. Willie James Inman reports.
