Sinopse

It's Chase's birthday and the other pups and Katie are setting up Chase's surprise birthday party at Katie's Clinic. But their hopes for a surprise is on the line when a strong wind breaks the blade of the windmill on the wind turbine, causing a blackout. Can the PAW Patrol get the power back on in time for Chase's surprise birthday party?
