It's simple and authentic: real candidates competing for real jobs, filmed in microscopic detail, capturing every nuance. From a teenager looking for their first job to a single mum returning to work and an OAP seeking independence and self-worth, the process is the same. Nerves are tested and emotions run high, as the candidates know the only thing standing between them and the job is themselves. Jacqui O'Donovan, managing director of London-based waste disposal company O'Donovan, and her right hand man, Richard Clark, are interviewing for an executive assistant.
