Paramedics arrive with eight-month-old Noah, who is struggling to breathe, accompanied by mum Maddie and dad Kieran. In minor injuries, Janet comes in with a badly broken wrist. Also, 78-year-old Kathleen, who has fallen over on her doorstep, is brought in by ambulance.
