Bobby Flay is craving a taste of South Beach with this brunch menu. He's making a Spanish Tortilla With Chorizo, Piquillo Peppers and Garrotxa Cheese and serving Yucca Hash Browns With Bacon, Onion and Lime-Cilantro Mojo on the side. And it wouldn't be a South Beach brunch without a drink, so today Bobby's mixing up a Mojito Champagne Cocktail.
