The reigning champion defends their title against bold Vietnamese flavors from Las Vegas chef Jamie Tran and the soulful Cajun cooking of New Orleans' Isaac Toups. With up to $20,000 on the line and surprise restaurants around every corner, the chefs must prove to judges Jet Tila and Antonia Lofaso that they can handle the dairy-driven twists of Guy's culinary playground.
