At one of the biggest events of her career, Kathy Fang and her team work a multi-day San Francisco tech convention that brings thousands of professionals into Fang. Adding extra pressure is a 500-person party with her husband, Caleb, headlining. For the first time ever, Kathy opens all three floors of the restaurant, putting her expansion plans to the ultimate test.
