In Croydon, Matt Allwright joins housing officer Francis to tackle a derelict house and a garden that is threatening to engulf a neighbour's property. In Chichester, two families are hoping for a fresh start in brand new houses. In Stroud, Matt meets an OAP who is facing up to losing his home, and in Suffolk, housing officers discover that, after a recent eviction, a former tenant took almost everything but the kitchen sink with them.
