She throws a small event where she gives an emotional speech about her incident; however, the attendees are holding back their laughter. Then, Virginia threatens to take away Harvin and Meyer's weekly allowance when their spending becomes out of control. But when the girls think she is bluffing and continue their wasteful ways, will Virginia leave them hanging with no money?
