Denise Nurse introduces a couple of ex-property developers who want to leave Hazlemere, Surrey and head for the hills of Herefordshire with their two dogs and ten-month-old twins. They have already moved seven times while developing properties, but now it's different. The dynamic duo also run a business training company, and this move takes the business one step further.

With a budget of £800,000, they want a family home that gives them a large kitchen with a 'heart of the home' feel, three bedrooms, country character features and at least four acres of land to house a smallholding, their business centre and the horses they plan to keep.
