A café owner, who is also chairman of the local political party, is found murdered after his party is hijacked by an old acquaintance of Eva and Wolfs: Bea Middelkoop. She is the woman who was convicted at the time for money laundering and complicity in the death of Eva's husband Frank. Bea has taken over the party with the help of a large number of new members.
