With their sons heading off to college, a pair of empty nesters searches the sugar sand beaches of Fairhope, AL, for a Gulf Coast getaway. She wants a living room and kitchen with an open floor plan for big gatherings, while he's looking for a home with a dock where they can launch a new tradition of family fishing trips.
