If she succeeds, she'll get a chance to win her client's repeat business, with two more deals in the next six months. Meanwhile, Agent Dominique Jeramaz is asked to list an $8.3-million Malibu home. She's never sold in the area, but if Dominique can find a buyer, she'll earn a $415,000 commission.
