Sinopse

Big Texan and two-time James Beard nominee Chris Shephard leaves his kitchen at Underbelly in Houston to challenge Hudson House chef Brooke Williamson on her home turf! Under the close scrutiny of the judges and their significant others, how will the duo handle special ingredients bottarga, mustard frills and live Alaskan king crab! Brooke goes for big flavor while Chris gets experimental. Will the risk pay off, or will things go better for the crab?
