Clarice, a carefree, budding screenwriter, playfully kisses Téo, an awkward medical student, to annoy her college boyfriend—but the joke turns into a nightmare when Téo, fixated on making Clarice love him, abducts her for a frantic road trip across Rio de Janeiro.
