Eight episodes are eight regions of Russia with high life expectancy and bright heroes aged 80-90-100, who live a full life in different parts of our country, despite their golden age. They participate in competitions, set records, climb rocks, build cars, fall in love and have affairs.
A doctor by education and a biohacker by life, Mitya knows exactly how to get the most out of life. But will he be able to give our heroes a head start in physical fitness, sense of humor and attitude to life?!?
