The plot centers on four wronged women and four vibrant and complex destinies. Valentina, a former police major unjustly dismissed from the force; Zoya, a self-defense instructor who was raped in her youth; Zhenya, cruelly abandoned by her husband; and Tatyana, who served several years in prison for slander… What connects these two so dissimilar women, and is their meeting a coincidence? Is revenge their sole motivation, and why are they called "goddesses of justice"?
