Comedy Clash

The Comedy Clash describes itself as "Germany's toughest stand-up competition in the world". The series shows the performances of hopeful comedy talents and follows their progress. Only the best make it to the annual final. In 2024, SWR will turn the "Comedy Clash" into an interactive live stand-up comedy event on the Twitch streaming platform. Viewers will be able to vote for their favorite comedians in seven monthly livestreams. The Twitch livestream is hosted by sports reporter and soccer commentator Robby Hunke. He is alternately supported by the streaming stars Starlet Nova, Donnie O'Sullivan, Reeze and Jasmin Gnu. They provide trenchant comedy analysis, respond to opinions and reactions from the Twitch community and give viewers the opportunity to influence the show in the stream.
