Food Fight

Two teams of cooks go spatula-to-spatula to see who can whip up the best meal using a regional speciality. There's a time limit of two hours and only $20 for ingredients. The finished dishes are judged on taste, presentation and creativity. Competitions are set in restaurant kitchens across the country.
