Social issues are mixed with comedic elements and family matters in this Spanish TV series which tells the story of Nacho Martín a recently widower family doctor who has to learn how to deal with his extended family of three children --María, Chechu and Anita--, his nephew Alberto and his father Manolo, as well as with his ever-present housekeeper Juani. Fortunately he has the help of his long-time friend Julito and his late wife's sister Alicia who's been secretly in love with him for ages.
